Timetable

The following schedule is indicative of a typical day of training (Monday-Friday). We have the week-end off, although of course there is the option for for self-practise if one so wishes. In general, each individual should try to gauge their own energy levels, and use that as the basis for deciding how much to train, be it more or less than outlined by the schedule below.

In addition, there will typically be a theory lesson on Friday afternoon, before dinner.

Time for Yourself, be it Relaxing, Reading, More Training or Meditation

*Bold Italics- Training led by or under the personal instruction of Tang Shifu.

*15:30-16:30 Qigong- Taught by Tang Shifu until the student is able to do the Qigong by themselves, after which time everybody practises the Qigong by themselves, so that they may follow the natural rate of their own breathing.

*06:00-07:00 Qigong- Optional Self-practise (after one has learnt the Qigong practise), depending on when one is able to get up 

N.B. Meal times may vary slightly with the seasons due to the change in daylight hours. 12noon is typical for Lunch throughout the year; 07:00 Breakfast and 18:00 Dinner may be more usual for the Summer; and 07:30 Breakfast and 17:30 Dinner for the Winter.
